2024 promises to be an exciting year for the dojo as we continue expanding our programs, classes, and dojo community.
The new year will bring more classes in different divisions, a new slate of seminars and events, and the next edition of the Tameshiwari Tournament.
One of our key goals is to continue building on the success of GOJUKARATE.COM – 2022 was a transformational year for the dojo in terms of our ability to have a platform capable of reaching students globally. In 2023, we built on that platform and the dojo now has a world-class global presence in the martial arts community.
We have so much more planned for 2024!
The new 2024 calendar will appear soon (you'll be able to get it here first, and at the dojo front desk shortly afterwards) – but for now there are two events to remember:
Regular Class Schedule (both at the NYC Dojo and Livestream) begins on Monday, January 8th. As always, visit the Class Schedule for real-time always-updated information on what classes are offered on any particular day)
Kagami Biraki will be held at 10:30AM ET (dojo opens at 10AM ET) on Saturday, January 13, 2024. Read more about Kagami Biraki here. Read the specific announcement for the 2024 edition here.
